Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused or gently used products in their original packaging, ensuring all promotional items are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
